Ready to take your love for barre to the next level? Our 20-hour Barre Teacher Training- a special collaboration between Amethyst Studio and Salty Buddha- is designed to give you all the knowledge and confidence you need to lead dynamic, safe, and engaging barre classes.

This training blends movement, music, and anatomy to help you understand the "why" behind every exercise, so you can teach with clarity and creativity. Over the course of the program, you'll explore:

Anatomy & Alignment: Learn how barre exercises target key muscle groups and how to set up for safe, effective movement.

Teaching Methodology: Develop your style, voice, and cueing as an instructor

Class Formatting & Sequencing Learn how to create seamless and engaging classes from warm-up to cool-down.

Practical Teaching Experience: Step into the instructor role and lead mini-classes with supportive feedback.

Optional Community Class Opportunity: Practice teaching while giving back at the Salty Buddha studio for a donation based class
