All of our classes offer instruction for beginner’s and those new to yoga, incorporating different options and modifications for movement.

Salty Buddha

Our signature salty flow.

Cultivate strength, balance and flexibility through movement of body and breath. This class will leave you feeling grounded, peaceful and invigorated. The postures are linked with a powerful breath and creative, intuitive teaching providing a moving meditation that helps deepen your awareness to experience your true self. A class for all-levels. Stay Salty.


Zen Buddha

Slow down with a more meditative approach to yoga. This practice combines gentle yoga, Yin, and restorative postures, held for longer periods of time to bring balance and harmony back to our fast paced lives. This class has a strong focus on the breath, and how it connects to movement and stillness. Appropriate for new yoga students and the experienced practitioner. Our teachers are encouraged to make each class their own so look forward to personal touches and variations from class to class.

Candlelight, essential oils, and optional hands on assists will accompany the practice to enhance your Zen experience.


Chill Buddha with essential oils

Chill Buddha is a slow flow vinyasa based class.

This class will have you moving slowly and gracefully to chill beats and high vibes. Class starts with moving through a vinyasa based practice and then leads into a restorative/gentle floor practice with meditation. This class offers a complimentary hands on adjustment at the end of class with essential oils to get deep into relaxation and meditation.


Kundalini Buddha

An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning "truth is my identity." The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness, you will always leave class feeling happy, bright, and light.


Moonlight Buddha

Spiritually sound and soulfully sequenced. This intuitively designed class is inspired by the natural cycle of the moon, weaving yoga movements, astrological insights, chakra balancing and breath allowing the mind to flow into a vibrant state of moving meditation. A blend of slow, mindful movement and restorative yoga honoring the lunar energies.

Yin Buddha

Yin yoga is a very meditative practice where floor-based postures are held in stillness from one to five minutes, and targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.

Yin Yoga draws upon the harmony and science of the five elements and the principles of yin and yang used in Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Yin yoga improves circulation, joint mobility, energy flow, and nourishes the body at a cellular level.

Yin yoga can be a perfect complement to a more Yang or active yoga practice and lifestyle. A great class for all levels of practitioners and beginners!


Buddha Barre

A barre inspired matte based class carefully crafted to strengthen and empower the entire body. A high energy series of low impact, repetitive movements utilizing light weights, various props, and intuitive sequencing to strengthen body and mind.

Add a touch of salt to your movement routine!


Prenatal Yoga

This class will teach you safe poses for each trimester to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance in the muscles used during childbirth. You will learn specific breathing techniques and how they connect with the pelvic floor. As some of you already know, birth is not an easy task, it is “the longest marathon” you’ll ever experience. The goal is to prepare your body mentally and physically for the marathon your body will go through to bring new life into this world!

This class is intended to be a safe and comfortable space for you to connect with other moms and moms to be. We will use an abundance of props to make sure you are comfortable and supported where needed. You will feel confident and stronger by the time your delivery date approaches.

This is also a great opportunity to connect with baby and to lower your stress levels for a beautiful stress free pregnancy.
