From there, you’ll be guided through grounding pranayama, restorative yoga, and gentle Reiki-inspired massage, accompanied by the therapeutic-grade “Sleep” essential oil by Revive, supporting the body in softening and releasing tension.
The practice closes with a soothing Yoga Nidra (guided meditation), often referred to as “yogic sleep,” designed to bring both body and mind into a state of profound rest. Many participants leave feeling deeply restored, similar to the effects of a full night’s sleep.
